How to Qualify

Qualification begins with the application process. A list of terms and qualifications can be found on the application page. One of our agents will help you to understand and assist you with the qualifications. Once you have a pre-approval authorization you will then be signed up for a housing counseling seminar and begin to search for your new home. A licensed Realtor will assist you with your search and the needed repairs and quotes you will need to submit with your offer. Once you have an accepted contract and have attended the counseling class you willl prepare for closing. We realize not everyone will be able to qualify immediattly. We offer free credit assistance for those who need it.
